Smartphone testing policy
Official-document review, original concept diagrams, and real-device checks are disclosed separately.
Phase100: public evidence ledger and function-scoped device testing
Each device record separates official-source review, technical assessment, SolQvia first-party observations and unverified status. A partial observation is never generalized to full-device verification.
- Real-device observation: Only the exact function and carrier actually observed are recorded.
- Official review: Primary manufacturer/carrier sources; displayed separately from device testing.
- Technical assessment: Assessment from bands, SIM layout and other specifications; not a carrier guarantee.
- Unverified: Evidence gaps remain visible rather than being filled by inference.
Three verification levels
- Official-source review: Primary material from OS providers, device manufacturers, or carriers.
- Procedure and risk review: Data impact and safe troubleshooting order are checked.
- Real-device screen check: Device, OS, and date are listed only when an actual device was checked.

Images labelled as concept diagrams show diagnostic order. They are not copied manufacturer screens or real-device screenshots.
Current status
Phase100 publishes a 550-record evidence ledger. Real-device evidence is currently limited to explicitly observed functions; records without first-party testing remain labeled accordingly.
Phase101: User field reports remain a separate evidence class
User-submitted compatibility reports are not SolQvia first-party real-device evidence. SIM/eSIM recognition, data, voice, SMS, 5G and other functions are reviewed separately, and untested items are never promoted to confirmed. The intake does not request IMEI/EID/ICCID, phone numbers, street addresses or activation credentials.
Integrated Device Passport evidence rules
Phase110 aggregates existing device databases, diagnostics and evidence records without creating a single compatibility score. Aggregation never upgrades real-device, primary-source, technical-assessment or unverified evidence levels.
